Congratulations on your decision to Go Solar! We are very excited for you! If you're seeing this, that means you are taking advantage of our Home Owner Site Survey Incentive. This will be the easiest $500 you ever make! Below are a few image examples and upload links to send us photos of your house and electrical setup.

If you still have questions or concerns you can access this link for some additional information. This is a great way to take some ownership of your project, speed up the process, and learn how we operate so you can go solar.

Let's Keep It Simple!


There are four specific groups to photograph:
1. Front of the house (with house number)
2. Utility Meter
3. Main Service Panel (your breaker box)
4. Your Power Bill

Front of House

Simply take a photo of the front of your house and upload it below. Best Practice is to capture a photo that clearly shows your house number.

    Utility Meter

    You need at least two photos here.
    1. A close up shot of the meter itself. Make sure the letters and numbers are legible/readable.
    2. A distant photo of the meter showing the relation of the meter to the rest of the house and surrounding area.

          Attic Photos (Optional)

          These photos are optional. If you do not want to climb up into your attic, no sweat! It would be greatly appreciated if you do!

          We're looking for the metal clasp joining the engineered trusses together

          Gather a photo of the overall attic space and rafters.

          Measure the width of the 2x4

          Here you're measuring the space between the rafters.

            Eave/Overhang Photos (optional)

            If you have a vaulted ceiling or no attic access, don't fret! Here's what you can do.
            1. Check under your eaves and find exposed rafters and take the same measurements shown above.
            2. If they're covered by a facing board, take a look at the nailing pattern. Are they spaced at 24"? check the size of the facing board. Does it correspond with a 2x4 rafter?
            3. Do you happen to have your construction plans?

              Let's Tackle the Roof

              We'll put a few upload fields below for you to send us as many photos of your roof as you want. If you have a drone that would be awesome! You can include an aerial image of your roof. Go ahead and upload as many photos of your roof!
              Best Practice: photos from the street, side yards, back yards, and photos showing your house number.

                Metal Roof?

                For Standing Seam Metal and Corrugated it is important to get accurate pictures and measurements.
                Measure the height and spacing of the seams; or height and pattern of the corrugated roof.
